Plant Based Menu for the Week of Sunday, April 21st, 2019
Our signature plant based burger, made with cashews, black rice and oats. Served with black sesame roasted green beans, broccoli and carrots, with aquafaba-based Sriracha aioli.
Cassava flour tortillas filled with refried chickpeas and young jackfruit simmered with our spicy, tangy tinga sauce. Topped with cilantro, green onions and green cabbage with a side of tomatillo salsa.
Our delicious cashew meatballs, stir fried with organic broccoli, carrots and jalapenos, tossed with a spicy sweet and sour sauce made with tomato paste, garlic, coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil and coconut sugar. Served with brown rice.
Packed with plant protein, our crispy white bean fritter is made with creamy cannelini beans, oats, rice, onions, garlic and a crispy cassava coating. Served with spiralized zucchini noodles tossed with our cajun cashew cream alfredo sauce made with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, green bell peppers, garlic and green onions.
Organic chickpeas and baby spinach simmered in a rich tomato curry, topped with cilantro and cherry tomatoes. Served with sweet potato aloo gobi; a mix of cauliflower and sweet potatoes, cooked with tomatoes, onions, garlic, chopped cilantro and fragrant Indian spices
Eat as a snack, or a quick breakfast! Two of our delicious banana bread muffins, with Texas pecans and Enjoy Life allergen-free chocolate chunks. Slather with almond butter for an out-of-this-world delicious experience! These treats are gluten-free, dairy-free, plant based.
