Our signature plant based burger made with organic cashews, black rice and oats. Served with black sesame roasted green beans, broccoli and carrots, with aquafaba-based Sriracha aioli.
Thick and creamy coconut milk curry infused with inflammation-busting turmeric, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves Served with our cashew meatballs, crispy organic green beans, carrots, zucchini and broccoli, served over black rice.
Our delicious white bean fritter made with white rice, thyme and roasted garlic. Served with a side of spinach and mushroom cauliflower "risotto", made with a creamy plant based coconut milk cream sauce.
Home style vegetable loaf made with chickpeas, carrots, celery, oats, flax, onions and spices, topped with a spicy chipotle maple glaze. Served with sweet potato mash and roasted zucchini with red onions with organic coconut oil.
A hearty red lentil Indian curry simmered with coconut milk sweet potatoes, cauliflower and spinach. Served with brown rice, fresh cilantro and cherry tomatoes.
Our highly addictive beet dip is seriously delicious and good for you! Half a quart of our delicious dip made with fresh roasted beets, pumpkin seeds, served with fresh cut vegetables. Eat as a snack or consume the entire thing as a meal. We won’t tell!
