Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Paleo Menu for the Week of Sunday, October 20th, 2019

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Turkey Sausage
  • Paleo pancakes made with organic pumpkin puree and Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips. Served with our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Paleo Huevos Rancheros with Steak and Hashbrowns
  • Two fried eggs topped with ranchera salsa, cilantro and jalapeños served with grilled flank steak and hash browns. (470 calories, 40g protein, 22g fat, 28g carbs)

    Lunch 

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions, crispy uncured bacon and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Paleo Cochinita Pibil Tacos with Cassava Tortillas & Avocado Salsa 
  • Cassava flour tortillas filled with slow cooked Achiote-marinated pork. Topped with cilantro and lime pickled red onion, served with our creamy jalapeno-avocado salsa made with avocado oil. (438 calories, 34g protein, 18g fat, 32g carbs)

  • Plantain Turkey Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries & Paleo Barbecue Sauce
  • Baked turkey nuggets made with organic turkey and cauliflower, with a crispy plantain and cassava coating. Served with organic roasted broccoli, sweet potato fries and Paleo chipotle barbecue sauce. (398 calories, 38g protein, 14g fat, 30g carbs)

    Dinner
