Our 5 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, plus 2 additional days of meal choices, (15 meals total).  Please choose your meal options for day 4 and 5, or leave blank for chef's choice. 

Paleo Menu for the Week of Monday, October 15th, 2018 

Breakfast

  • Sweet potato, apple and pastured pork sausage hash, egg over easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Sweet potato coconut flour pancakes, candied cinnamon pecans, maple syrup, turkey sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo pancakes made with coconut flour and roasted sweet potato puree. Topped with coconut sugar candied cinnamon pecans with a side of our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Plantain migas with organic turkey chorizo, cilantro, tomatoes

    Dinner
