Our selection of Paleo, Ketogenic and Plant Based meals are sure to be a perfect fit with your lifestyle. We offer 3 day and 5 day meal plans and individual meals.

The Paleo Meal Plan

 

Also called the “caveman diet”, the Paleo diet focuses on eating only minimally processed, nutrient dense whole foods. Gluten, dairy, grains, legumes and all food additives are eliminated from the diet and replaced with grass-fed meats, pasture raised eggs, organic vegetables, nuts, seeds and some fruit. Our Paleo meals are high protein with healthy carb sources from starchy vegetables. Suitable for athletes fueling for a great workout, or anyone looking for an easy place to get started with healthy, lower carbohydrate meals before trying a ketogenic diet.

 

 

The Ketogenic Meal Plan

 

Ketosis is a metabolic state in which the body burns fat for fuel. Great for accelerated weight loss, balancing hormones, managing insulin resistance and reducing inflammation, the Keto Diet continues to be one of the biggest diet trends to date due to it's high success rate. Our ketogenic meals are carefully crafted to maintain a state of nutritional ketosis, with strict micronutrient portions that limit daily carbohydrate intake to 20 grams of carbohydrates per day, or less.  Dairy-free and nut-free options are also available weekly.

 

The Plant Based Meal Plan

 

A plant based diet is rich in vitamins, minerals and fights inflammation. Our plant based meals follow the same whole foods approach we are known for, with the addition of legumes and gluten-free grains. If you've struggled maintaining a vegan diet in the past, try these meals! Our plant based meals are always gluten-free, soy-free and contain no corn or peanuts. Ditch the processed ingredients found in so many prepackaged vegan convenience foods. This is so much better for you, and tastes better, too! 

 

Snacks, Desserts & Bone Broth

 

Have a sweet tooth? No problem! We're here to make healthy snacking simple. Satisfy your cravings without the guilt with our line of gluten-free snacks and desserts. Our Paleo “F’ing Crack” brownies live up to their name, made with dairy-free chocolate, cassava flour packed with prebiotic fiber for a healthy gut and sweetened with coconut sugar. Our collagen-infused sea salt & chocolate chip cookies are pretty much to die for. Plant Based? Our chocolate banana bread bites are the best, and also Paleo friendly. Keto friendly sugar-free desserts, too!  We are huge fans of nutrient rich bone broth, which is included in our ketogenic plan and is sourced from the best grass-fed, local bones.
