Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Paleo Menu for the Week of Sunday, December 8th, 2019

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Sweet Potato Pancakes with Cinnamon Pecans & Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo pancakes made with coconut flour and roasted sweet potato puree. Topped with coconut sugar candied cinnamon pecans with a side of our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Turkey Breakfast Burger with a Fried Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms & Sweet Potato Fritter
  • A hearty turkey breakfast burger, topped with  sauteed garlic mushrooms green onions and a coconut oil fried egg, served with a sweet potato fritter and organic spinach. (402 calories, 36g protein, 18g fat, 24 carbs)

    Lunch 

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions, crispy uncured bacon and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Plantain Turkey Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries & Paleo Barbecue Sauce

  • Paleo Beef Barbacoa Tacos,  Pickled Red Onion & Jalapeno Avocado Salsa
