Cassava flour tortillas filled with smashed black beans, marinated mushroom fajitas with red onion and bell pepper strips. Topped with cilantro and served with creamy jalapeno avocado salsa. (363 calories, 16g protein, 11g fat, 64g carbs, 14g fiber)
Chickpea veggie cutlet served with garlic cashew alfredo spaghetti squash and roasted broccoli.(341 calories, 16g protein, 13g fat, 54g carbs, 14g fiber)
Thick and creamy yellow coconut milk curry infused with inflammation-busting turmeric, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Served with our cashew & oat “meatballs”, crispy cooked organic green beans, carrots, zucchini and broccoli, served over black rice.
Korean noodle stir fry made with traditional sweet potato glass noodles, sauteed with organic broccoli, carrots, green beans, red bell peppers, mushrooms, green onion, black sesame seeds and coconut aminos. Topped with our delicious cashew meatballs tossed in spicy gochujang sauce.
