Our Paleo 5 day meal plan consists of 5 breakfast, 5 lunches and 5 dinners of your choice. This includes the full menu, plus your additional meal choices for 2 days. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy

  • Turkey Breakfast Burger with a Fried Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms & Butternut Squash Fritters
  • A hearty turkey breakfast burger, topped with sauteed garlic mushrooms green onions and a coconut oil fried egg, served with a butternut squash fritter and organic spinach. (402 calories, 36g protein, 18g fat, 24 carbs)

    Lunch 

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
